like to hear from you and I respond to emails very promptly. However,
I'm sure you can understand that since I get over a thousand inquiries
a year about services and fees, I cannot possibly talk on the telephone
to everyone who inquires. As a result, I prefer email as the means
of communication. That's the reason I do not post my telephone number
on my site so please don't go searching online for my number. If
I become your attorney on the terms I can provide in my email response
to your email inquiry, after that we can talk as much as you like.
For now, however, please do not call. Email is much more efficient
anyway. Thanks for understanding.
ANOTHER POINT: I do not provide
free legal advice and you should not be asking for free legal advice.
Sometimes people email and ask what they call a "quick question," or they
suggest that I write an article about a specific fact situation applicable
only to them or just simply want legal advice without paying any fee.
It is all free legal advice and I do not provide the same. So if
you are emailing me and are not prepared to pay legal fees, you are just
wasting your...and my...time. Thanks for understanding here as well.
